Cheap and totally worth it.

Small family run hotel. Room was perfect, with a view of the rice fields. They offered cheap bikes for rent, the best way to get around Hoi An. They also have a small pool, we didn't use it, due to weather. The hotel is located a few minutes from the busy streets of Hoi An, which is perfect.

Super Hotel, jederzeit wieder

Schönes kleines Hotel mit tollem Service, sehr sauberen Zimmern und einem traumhaften Ausblick auf ein Reisfeld vom Balkon/Terasse. Location ist auch super, etwa genau in der Mitte zwischen Strand und der wunderschönen Altstadt.

Very friendly!

Overall a very nice stay! The staff were Amazing and were more than friendly! Great location. The only bad thing was construction next door was a bit loud in the early mornings. Would definitely recommend!

Value for money

Nice hotel, one side of balcony overlooks rice paddies, other side construction. Good value for money, and clean, but fairly basic facilities. Issues with hot water - scalding or freezing - and could have used a blanket too. Best scrambled eggs for breakfast I've ever had!!! Staff were very lovely and happy to help with everything.

Quaint yet modern, helpful front desk lady

Quaint yet modern, friendly front desk lady, location is what you make of it: 40 minute walk to the old city sights and 1 hour+ walk to the beach. The biggest drawback is NO fridge (not even a tiny one), NO in-room safe, NO usable hot water, and in my case (room #304) NO view. Internet has worked sporadically only. There is a small pool (about 3X7 meters. Still could be decent value but I would personally never book a hotel room all over south east asia if I know there would not be a small fridge!
