A Prince of a Hotel

This is hotel is excellent. The manager is a wonderful woman and goes out of her way to make this a great place to stay. So warm and helpful. The place is spotless and the breakfast was great with lots of variety and omelettes to order.

Practically perfect in every way!

Amazing small family run hotel. Really clean. Lovely staff all really friendly. Rooms are great serviced daily with fresh towels, water and coffee and tea! Position of hotel is perfect between the old town and the beach. Free bikes for use or a taxi to beach is about 70 Vdr. There are plenty of taxis to return you to hotel. There is also a Irish Bar really close by if like us you have husbands who need to see their football! Also the Claypot restaurant is around 50m away. Number 1 on trip adviser. Quite incredible! Would return to this hotel tomorrow! Thanks for your service!

The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. The hotel is very pleasant, clean, quiet, well maintained and conveniently located. I booked three different local tours through the hotel during my stay and all were excellent. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety - I especially liked the banana pancakes. Perhaps my favorite part of my stay in Hoi An trip was simply borrowing a bicycle from the hotel, riding out to the beach and going for a nice long swim in the waves. Overall, I had a great experience and have only positive things to say. This hotel is a gem.

Lovely hotel.

Fantastic stay at the hotel. I originally planned to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 6 nights. The reception staff were excellent and breakfast was good. The bikes came in handy as I used them to explore the local area. They even gave me a breakfast early on my last day as i had an early flight to get. Overall a fantastic hotel.

Lovely hotel

Originally I had planned to stay 2 nights ended up staying 6. The hotel is a little gem and the staff were nothing but exceptional. The hotel is situated between Hoi An and the beaches and with free bikes getting around is simple. I will definitely be staying again.

Great Value, friendly staff, Pool, free bikes!!

Great little family run hotel. Staff was so great and helpful, pool was really nice, room are perfect and breakfast was simple and delicious! We loved our stay ,we ended up staying 12 days. It’s close to old town (15 min bike ride or 8 min taxi. Free bikes too!!!! Thanks to the staff!! See you again !!

Ideal hotel stay in Hoi An

Superb experience. Charming hotel with the most welcoming staff, from reception to room cleaners to dining room. Everyone was helpful, friendly. Very comfortable room. Delicious food nearby. About a 30 minute walk to the historic area. Staff were happy to arrange onward transportation including train and taxi. I could not be happier with my stay. Thank you!

Almost perfect place!

Everything was very good except one little detail about a staff; when I was about to checkin, one of the staff probably was trying to be very kind but made us feel uneasy when we didn’t do what she recommended (probably not her fault but sometimes it is good to give some space to customers). Everything else was very nice!

Staff was superb...so incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided affordable transportatiom between cities, and to a couple of the stops we wanted to make. It's close enough to downtown, but far enough to be quiet, and be closer to the beach. They have bikes to borrow, for free. And super affordable. We would go back! :)

Hoi An Prince Hotel is only a 5 minute bicycle ride from Ancient City Hoi An, and a 10 minute ride from An Bang Beach, and the ride to the both is as simple as getting on to Hai Ba Trung street and heading straight to your destination. It was a perfect location for a first visit to Hoi An. The staff were absolutely wonderful as well. Nga and Linh took really great care of me, and were great conversationalists as well. At one point Nga (who I believe manages the property) noticed that I was always drinking two tea cups of coffee with breakfast, so she got me my own "big cup" that she'd get for me when I came down in the morning. :) :) :) So Sweet. The room was large, clean, and beautiful, and I even had a balcony view from the third floor. The shower was hot and water pressure was good. I literally cannot say a bad word about the place!

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre est fonctionnelle avec douche et coin toilette séparé. Le prêt de vélo est un vrai plus. L'hôtel est situé à 5’ en vélo de la vieille ville. Le personnel est attentif à rendre le séjour agréable. Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre.
