It was a great place to stay for the price. Clean, close to the old town, nice breakfast in the morning and the most lovely reception staff you could wish to meet. Bed was a little hard for my liking but that suits some people. I would stay again.

Vy, Tram, and Tuyen were very friendly and helpfull at the times they were in charge The hotel has a good location close to many things. The market and the restsurants are 5 minutes walking.

Good hotel with nice people

I like many good experiences in this hotel. Most importantly the staff is nice and trustworthy. I did buy ticket of park in front desk and they print it too. Food and beverage is available in hotel. Amenities are complete too. I like the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and they have glass water bottle in their free water as part of sustainable practice.

Friendly staff and good location

Although not the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in, the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great to be able to rent the bikes for free ! The location is great as it’s close enough to the river / centre of Hoi An but not too close that there are loads of tourists around (which is the case in the centre). We’d definitely stay here again for a few nights !

非常に安かったのでやむを得ないが、ホテルは古く、部屋の窓が開けられていたため、トカゲが侵入していた。 シャワーの水圧が弱く、カーテンがしっかりと閉められないため、トイレ・洗面台のスペースが濡れてしまった。

受付の方もスタッフの方も、ずっと笑顔で接客してくれました。ベトナム人らしい、ハッピーな対応に心温まりました！プールもあり、日中や夕方は他の観光客が音楽を流しながらプールを楽しんでいたりと、終始解放的で良いロケーションでした。お部屋のお掃除もバッチリです。またホイアン周辺に用事があるときは利用したいです。ありがとうございました☺︎

Très bon séjour à Hoi An

Positif : accueil très chaleureux et personnel attentionné (nous avait pré-réservé nos billets de bus avant que nous lui demandions). Chambre agréable, lumineuse et confortable. Location de vélo et informations touristiques à l’accueil. Négatif : Comme souvent au Vietnam, l’insonorisation n’est pas terrible. Bruit du chauffe-eau la nuit. (Proposition de changement de chambre pour le lendemain.) Localisation à 5 minutes de la vieille ville mais plutôt 10 min du marché de nuit

Great location with fantastic friendly staff. The breakfast was huge, maybe a bit too big as there seemed to be a lot of wastage from most tables. Our room looked out to what seemed a messy storage area, not pleasant...perhaps it needs to be cleaned or something put over window to hide the view.

엘레베이터가 없고 욕실 창문이 복도랑 연결되어 모기가 들어오는 단점이 있습니다. 그 외엔 번화가에서 약간 안쪽으로 들어가 매우 조용해서 편안하게 쉴수가 있었고요. 시내하고도 가까워서 걸어서 이동할 수 있어서 편했네요.

We would stay here again

Great location! An easy walk to the centre of Hoi An and local eateries. For Vietnamese standards it's really clean, could be a little cleaner for Western standards, but overall a good place to stay. We have discovered that Vietnamese mattresses are as hard as a rock, so unless you stay in an expensive Western Chain Hotel, you will find this everywhere. It is a bit noisy though.....not from outside noise, from other guests! Doors slamming, feet thumping on stairs, loud conversations all echoed around the marble tiled foyers and stairwells and woke us/kept us awake at night. Shame really. It's a nice little Hotel. We welcomed the pool at the end of long days walking. It's not huge but it's more than enough. The staff are very friendly and it's good value for money. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food, but there is so much choice nearby you are not limited to eating Hotel food.

Walking distance to old town and in a fairly quiet location. Staff were always smiling. Having a pool during the hot weather was great but not sure how often they test the water. All in all for the $ paid great value.

The hotel is fine in general and employees are excellent. However, certain parts are not so well maintained. For example, the door to balcony is unable to be locked.
