Nice, clean, small quiet hotel. Just 3 years old.

A lot of hotel for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Small hotel, but big rooms and nice pool area. View over rice fields.

Nice Hotel

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower. The room also had an outdoor shower that we didn't use, but was a nice touch. The pool seemed nice but we didn't go in. Breakfast was sufficient. This is a bit far from town (about 15-30 minute walk, depending on where you're going), so be aware of that. The location is quieter and more relaxed than an in-town stay.

Relação qualidade-preço bastante boa

O hotel era excelente! Bonito, confortável, a cama era enorme. A única coisa que deveriam melhorar é que os quartos estão cheios de humidade e cheiram a mofo, provavelmente devido à proximidade do mar. Foi difícil habituarmo-nos ao cheiro do quarto. Também tivemos um pequeno problema no fim em que disseram que consumimos coisas do mini-bar que não correspondiam à realidade, mas no final acabou por se resolver.

방 청결상태도 우수하고 시설도 좋은 편입니다. 저렴한 가격 대비 좋은 시설과 관리가 잘 된 청결한 숙소에서 묵게되어 좋았습니다. 위치는 아주 좋다고 볼 수 없지만 택시나 바이크를 타면 5분~10분 안에 모두 이동 가능합니다. 직원도 모두 친절하고 서비스에 만족하며 좋은 기억으로 남을 것 같습니다. 꼭 한번 이용해 보세요 추천합니다

The property was very quiet which was nice and what we were looking for. The room was clean and tidy. The outdoor shower was interesting and a nice experience. There was a small problem with towels but this was resolved. The staff were helpful and available.

Nice hotel, Rooms need attention

Hotel stay was very good, pool was nice, breakfast was okay rooms were impressive but looking closer the walls were peppered with what looked like dead insect guts on the walls in a lot and i mean a lot of places. Someone just needs to wipe these off as it does not make the hotel look good. The fancy toilet didn't do any fancy features as they were broken but at least they flushed! Our room had the outdoor bathroom which was really nice. The main annoying feature was the air conditioning not staying on or having a spare key so humidity and time to cool took ages in the room. Staff were nice.

We wl stay in this hotel next time

Overall the hotel is good, not faraway from the old town just 20 mins by walk, the hotel staffs are very nice and professional.....BF not many choices, but fine for us...the hotel provide bicycle for foc, but a little bit old, hopefully can be improved for next stay.

Noisy. Disappointing. Came a long way to stay here

This is a really nice hotel and has all the perfect ingredients to be brilliant. I wasn't pleased with my stay here however. Saw the reviews about this being a quiet and peaceful hotel. I wish I could say this was the case for my stay but it wasn’t. We came over the Vietnamese national holiday, and some local tourists were staying in the hotel. I don’t know who they were, but the staff seemed scared to ask them to be quiet. During the day the parents and children screamed and splashed in the pool, getting the sunbathing guests wet as they rested by the pool. I get that kids will be kids, but a kind word from the staff with a smile could have easily sorted this out. Every kept getting splashed. Even the local parents were yelling. Later these parents were singing songs and played guitar until 23:00 at night. Despite us asking the staff to kindly ask them to be quiet, nothing was done. This is a small hotel, with the villas facing the pool, so all major noise from that area is heard in the bedrooms (which doesn't bode well if you want to be woken up in the morning by noise from the pool) - I guess your experience really does depend on who your fellow guests are. For us, we were very unlucky.

Great hotel. Staff brilliant. Good location. Just far enough away from the craziness. They have free bikes to use so it’s I five minute ride in to the centre. Rooms lovely with very comfortable beds. All at a great price.

체크인한날 먼지 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없었다. 나 스스로 청소를 했다.내가 호텔에 숙박하온건지 청소하러 온건지..냉장고 콘센트도 5박동안 두번이나 뽑혀있었다. 전기세를 아끼자는건지??의심스러움. 그리고 침대시트를 교환을 안해준다. 직원에게 교환요청하니 원래 안해준다고 함..여기에는 1박이상 하는 것을 추천하지 않는다.

Pyörien ilmainen vuokraus oli tosi hyvä, mutta pyörien kunto ei ollut kehuttava. Huoneiden siisteys ei ollut myöskään kehuttavaa. Päivittäinen siivous oli nopea ja pintapuolinen. Perusteellista pölyjen poistoa ei ollut suoritettu ikuisuuksiin. Gekkoihin sai törmätä myös huoneessa(ne eivät häirinneet). Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja auttavaista, aamupala oli hyvä.

Just loved this hotel. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are treated well. Rooms are modern and spotless. Our room was next to the pool which was great. Breakfast was really good with both asian and western choices.

A pearl of a hotel in Hanoi.

The Hanoi Pearl was perfect for a quick visit to Hanoi. Great central location, nice rooms, wonderful service & complete breakfast. We took advantage of the spa which was nice, and the rooftop deck was the perfect spot for a beer at the end of a busy day exploring Hanoi. Also, the staff was very helpful with great information about the city.

Couple holiday in Vietnam

The hotel location was located next to paddy fields. It was nice waking up with fresh air and greenery. On the flip side the hotel is a bit far from the town centre, 15-20 minutes walk. We caught taxis every time we went to town and back. It was very affordable. The staff were most helpful. It was a nice hotel and will definitely recommend it.
