"Very dirty in all public areas, sticky floor in dining room, dirty cutlery, staff handling food with their hands and coughing without any precautions over the food. Food warmers not turned on, so who knows how long was the food at room temperature. Room somewhat cleaner but again, floor not washed. Shower handle hanging with only one screw, sewer smell in toilet. Very comfortable bed and pillows. "
