You can look forward to an exclusively equipped beach-side ***** holiday apartment in Cuxhaven-Duhnen for 4 people, which you can comfortably reach with the elevator directly from your underground parking space. In the spacious living / dining room with a comfortable seating area you will find a large LCD 3D TV with 2 shutter glasses, Blu-Ray DVD player and stereo system. Free sky reception is included. Here in the living room 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed with its own cold foam mattress. The dining area is equipped with comfortable cantilever chairs for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, cutlery and dishes and glasses for 6 people as well as pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The bedroom contains a double bed at a comfortable height with 2 separate mattresses, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a flat-screen TV with sky reception. The window can be darkened for a restful sleep over light-tight curtains. From the living room and bedroom you have direct access to the furnished balcony facing east (morning sun). Our apartment is also suitable for our youngest roommates. Baby travel cot and high chair are available in the apartment. The bathroom has a low entry shower, shower stool, sink and toilet. A hair dryer is of course also available. The wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and swimming pool is available to our guests free of charge during their vacation in our apartments in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. Due to the year, the swimming pool area is closed from January 6th to January 27th, 2020 and the sauna area from January 20th to January 27th, 2020. And the best at the end: In the beach chair season from May to September our beach house in Cuxhaven-Duhnen Hohe Lith includes a beach chair for your free use on the Duhner beach section.

Nutzt auch unbedingt die Angebote der Urlauberseelsorge, die Pastorin ist einfach SPITZE! Leider ist Ende MĂ€rz noch nicht alles in Betrieb. Da könnte man doch auch ĂŒber eine Staffelung der Kurtaxe nachdenken, oder? Sehr, sehr Schade ist, dass man mit der GĂ€stekarte keine Stadtbusse nutzen kann, so wie es in vielen anderen Urlaubsregionen inzwischen ĂŒblich ist. Das könnte den Aufenthalt etwas nachhaltiger und umweltfreundlicher gestallten. Super war der Service des VermietungsbĂŒros!!!

Sehr gute Lage in StrandnĂ€he und nur etwa 600 Meter von Duhnen Zentrum, bzw. 1 km von nĂ€chsten ALDI entfernt (Fußweg). Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, neben dem angrenzenden Campingplatz. Die Kugelbake und Sahlenburg sind jeweils 2,5 Kilometer entfernt, die Alte Liebe in Cuxhaven etwa 6,5 Kilometer. Von der Alten Liebe bis zurĂŒck bis fast vor das Haus fĂ€hrt stĂŒndlich ein Linienbus. Die Wohnung in der dritten Etage (Aufzug ist vorhanden) war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten wurden in einer anderen Bewertung als "etwas durchgelegen" bewertet, wovon wir aber nichts bemerkt haben. Ein der Wohnung zugeordneter Parkplatz war vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sauber, sondern auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders das Schwimmbad war ein tolles Extra. Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist in der NĂ€he und gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an die Mitarbeiter der Cuxland Fewo, Sie sind stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit der Wohnung eigentlich zufrieden aber leider hat sie einen entscheidenden Fehler. Die LĂŒftung in der Toilette ist ein Desaster. Wie ich im nachhinein erfahren habe, macht diese LĂŒftung was sie will. Sie können GlĂŒck oder Pech damit haben. Angeblich lĂ€uft sie mal problemlos, oder Sie bekommen durch die LĂŒftung GerĂŒche, die Sie noch nie gerochen haben. Das kann ich so bestĂ€tigen, denn die ersten drei Tage war alles normal.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmÀssig eingerichtet. Die Lage in Duhnen ist optimal. Man ist schnell am Meer und im Zentrum von Duhnen, beides ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die durch ihre Ostausrichtung des Balkons und der Fenster und durch ihre hochwertige Ausstattung auch in der kalten Jahreszeit einen kuscheligen und erholsamen Urlaub ermöglicht. Sauna, Schwimmbad und StrandnĂ€he sind dabei natĂŒrlich noch der zusĂ€tzliche Clou. Ein Tipp: nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle, von der aus man im min. 20-Minuten-Takt bequem und stressfrei nach Cuxhaven Zentrum, zur "Alten Liebe" oder ins "Ahoi"-Bad fahren kann.
