Schöne FeWo mit Elbblick. Das Gebäude könnte von außen eine kosmetische Auffrischung vertragen. Super sind Schwimmbad und Saune im Haus.

Die oben genannten Punkte, passen nicht zum Preis, gar nicht, das Waschbecken war leider die ganze Zeit leicht verstopft, das Wasser lief sehr, sehr langsam, auch nach Einsatz des Pampers durch Hern Schmidt, lief das Wasser einen Tag besser ab, aber da muss wasgemacht werden, die Spülmaschine war defekt, die Klappe für die Tabs öffnete sich nicht, da hilft es auch nichts, wenn das Reinigungspersonal die Maschine mir Maschinenreiniger reinigt, das wird dadurch nicht repariert. Ein Stuhl im kleinen Schlafzimmer wäre zum Ablegen von Kleidung nötig

Sehr schöne ruhige (im Sommer sehr kühle) Wohnung. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, wir lieben ihn. Es ist nicht weit in die Stadt, den Hafen und wer den „grünen Strand“ mag, dieser ist direkt vor der Tür. Für die Fahrräder sind die Plätze sehr rar. Auch wäre ein Unterstand für e-bikes sehr hilfreich.

Schöne helle Wohnung, mit einem tollen Blick auf den Deich und den Hauptschifffahrtsweg (Fernglas nicht vergessen). Strand und City gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Haus befindet sich eine finnische Sauna, ein schönes Schwimmbad sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und zwei Ergometer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Starterpaket für die Küche, fanden wir prima:-)
