Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight.

Wir hatten das Hotel über Expedia für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück gebucht. Buchungsprozeß über Expedia war - wie immer - einfach. Wir wurden sehr nett im Hotel empfangen und es gab ein Glas Prosecco. Besonders gut hat uns das erhaltene Upgrade auf ein Premium-Zimmer gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Minibar war gut gefüllt und bot Getränke zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Kaffee bekommt man den ganzen Tag ohne Zusatzkosten. Genutzt haben wir auch die Lademöglichkeiten für unser E-Auto zu fairen Konditionen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Haus, sehr freundlich, alles stimmig

Ein richtig tolles Hotel, direkt am Medembogen. Super Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, bezahlbares und leckeres Abendmenü. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Kleiner Fitnessraum, Kanuverleih. Gegenüber befindet sich das Sole Bad mit schönem Saunagarten und vielen Saunen. Zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten am Elbdeich. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Et dejligt ophold og en god seng, rigtig god morgenbuffet, god service og fin aftensmad. Masser af parkeringspladser og venligt personale. Udemærket wifi og stort opdateret / renoveret værelse. Sauna afd var desværre lukket, som jeg havde set frem til :-( Prisen er i den lidt dyere ende -

Wir kommen öfter hierher. Immer alles top, von der Begrüßung bis zum Check Out. Die Zimmer wurden nochmal modernisiert und haben alle eine maritimen Charme. Besonders klasse ist auch das Frühstück (im Restaurant) mit lokalen Elementen in einem toll gestalteten Ambiente.
