Wir waren begeistert vom Service, Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit von Cuxland. Vielen Dank! Für die Wohnung: danke für die Begrüßung mit dem Tee- sehr schöne Idee. Alles sehr sauber. Es war etwas wenig Geschirr und Besteck da für unseren Geschmack, zb nur 2 Schüsseln, und ein Stuhl mehr hätte auch gut getan. Der Fernseher ließ sich nicht aktivieren, obwohl wir keine Technikmuffel sind- aber da war es schon zu spät zum anrufen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wohnung war nicht gemütlich warm.

Leider waren die Fenster in der Wohnung "alterhalber" undicht, besonders im Elternschlafzimmer. Dort war ein Fensterflügel so undicht, dass man das Gefühl hatte, das Fenster wäre gekippt. Wir haben dann versucht, mit Handtüchern den großen Spalt zu schließen... leider. Angeblich wurde die Nachttemperatur hoch gesetzt, was aber das ganze nicht wirklich verbessert hat. Schade!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir waren vom 8.7.-16.7.2023 in Haus Kerstin Wohnung 9. Es war eine sehr saubere und freundliche Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt Auch bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen erhielten wir zeitnah eine Antwort, die uns weiterhalf. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.
