This 58sqm apartment with its bedroom and sofa bed in the living area offers space for up to 4 people. In the bright, spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a large flat screen TV, there is also the dining area, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with all common kitchen utensils and also offers a microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and a ceramic hob. From the living room you reach the first floor via a wooden staircase, here is the bedroom with a double bed and two large spacious wardrobes. The bathroom with shower and toilet is right next to the bedroom. Of course, the apartment is also equipped with free WiFi. The garden, which belongs to the house, can be used by the house community, garden furniture is available, as well as a lockable room for bicycles. It is only about 600m to Duhner Strand, shops are nearby.

Die Ankunft war schon toll bei dieser netten Begrüßung. Super nette Leute. Die Wohnung an sich traf dann genau unseren Geschmack. Sauber und Gemütlich. Die Lage war uns bekannt da wir dieses Haus schon länger kennen. Rundum können wir sagen das wir die 10 Tage genossen haben auch und gerade wegen dieser Wohnung.

Die zentrale aber ruhige Lage macht die Wohnung zum idealen Ferienort. 10min. zu Fuß zum Zentrum von Dunen. Wer es abends ruhiger mag, kann sich im Garten entspannen.

hierbei handelt es sich um eine gemütliche Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Unten befinden sich Wohnzimmer und Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht..und oben sind Schlafzimmer (gute Matratzen) und das Bad. Die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Stzrand, aber alles ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Lage perfekt. Leider war unser Badezimmer nicht sauber. Heizung, Dusche , Toilette und Fußboden waren ziemlich verschmutzt. Licht im Badezimmer funktioniert auch nicht richtig. Außerdem ist die Toilettenspülung defekt

Wir waren vom 14.07. -17.07. in der Fewo am Grooten Steen und ich kann nur sagen, dass alles rundum perfekt war! Alles war wie beschrieben! Und was mir besonders wichtig war, dass es sauber ist.
