Keine 2-Raum-Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und die Lage ist sehr gut, kurzer Weg zum Deich und Strand. Leider ist es eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Betten sind nur optisch vom Wohnraum zu trennen, nicht akustisch.

Bewertung des Objekts Poseidon Ferienwohnung 35
Hallo, hier meine Eindrücke von der Wohnung Nr. 35. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit kurzer Einweisung der FeWo in Sahlenburg war oK. Die Garagentor war sehr eng, beidseitig etwar 8-10cm Luft zu den Außenspiegeln vom Auto. Die Wohnung Nr. 35 befindet sich im 4. Stock. Der Aufzug endet im 3. Stock, sodas man nur über eine Treppe in den 4.ten Stock kommen kann. Da meine Frau nach einer Op. noch nicht richtig Treppen steigen kann, war das ein kleines Problem. In dem ganzen Treppenhaus waren Stolperkanten, dienicht gekennzeichnet waren. Der Wohnraum (Küche,Wohnzimmer) war oK. Der Schlafraum war ein rechteckiger Raum ohne Tür, Fenster und Nachtschränke, mit dem Wohnraum verbunden. Abstand zwischen den Betten ca. 40 cm. Da ich zum Schlafen ein Beatmungsgerät brauche, konnte ich dieses nicht zwischen den Betten anschließen und habe dann auf dem Beistellbett geschlafen. Um den Sclafraum zu lüften, mußte die Schiebetür vom Wohnraum geöffnet werden, wodurch dann die ganze Wohnung abkühlte. Der Kleiderschrank war in einem schmalen Gang, wo wenig Platz war sich zu bewegen um die Kleidung unterzubringen. Bei der Küchen-einrichtung war das Geschirr in den Schubladen dermaßen durcheinander verteilt, das man immer suchen mußte, was man brauchte. Zudem war zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Der Geschirrspüler hätte alle 2-3 Tage halbvoll spülen müssen. Nicht gut für die Umwelt. Alles in allem eine unzufriedene Woche. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Klaus Teller

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage zum Strand!
Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen so wie die anderen Bewertungen schon geschrieben haben. Sie war sauber, hell und fast direkt am Strand. Es gibt nur einen Kritikpunkt den wir hatten und das war die Schlafniesche die nur mit zwei Rollos verdunkelt werden konnte und das war etwas störend war. Alleine oder zu zweit kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen aber mit Kind wird es auf Grund der Schlaf Situation eher schwierig.

Cuxhaven Familienurlaub
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Cuxhaven. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Mit einem angenehm großen TV, Spiele und viele andere Sachen, was zu einem perfekten Familienurlaub führt, auch bei schlechten Wetter. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, das es keine Mikrowelle gibt, ansonsten perfekt eingerichtete Küche. Diese Wohnung kann man weiter empfehlen und wir buchen diese Wohnung mit Sicherheit noch einmal.
