"The room was very clean and the hotel was well maintained and newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure & temperature. Our cleaning woman who did not speak much English, did an amazing job keeping our room cleaned daily and even chased us outside of the hotel with my sweatshirt when I left it behind after checkout. The breakfast was not bad... but DO NOT get there near closing at 9:00 am as they will not let you in and not let you take food out. The location is excellent as it was only minutes from our destination (UMASS) and has many great stores and restaurants nearby. Our only disappointment was that the pool which was one of the reasons we chose to stay there was misleadingly only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3-9 and we stayed there midweek. The website had very different days and hours listed so we felt a bit cheated. We will likely stay there again but will call first about the pool. Still recommended and well worth the price"

"I had a very nice stay at this resort. My room was clean and everything in the room and the amenities of the room were just as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. I loved that the resort was close to the ferry and centrally located to many restaurants, ice cream shops and stores. I did not use any of the kitchen facilities but it was nice to know that it was there if I needed it."
