"Good location for canyon hike"

"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. It took us until 945 pm before we were able to get a far from desirable accommodations. We were preparing to sleep in our car by that time. We have yet to receive a refund or response. There...

"The staff was all around fantastic and hospitable. The place was as clean as could be. I did not like finding clean towels sitting on top of dead bugs. The garden, pool, and small trail were absolutely gorgeous!!!! It was a nice view to wake up to."
