"We didnt stay .. this was binghamton not the vestal hotel which is nice .. sheets were soiled with large brown spot ,room smelled strongly of cigarette some , hallway rugs were black with dirt .. were told we could change the sheets ourselves or cancel … we cancelled .. "

"The room was awesome. Spacious, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and inviting. The hotel was under renovation, but effort was definitely made to make guests feel comfortable. The only criticism I have is of the breakfast.
