Disliked: Amenities
The room was very clean a bit dated. However, the gravity is going through construction, which was not advertised when I booked. It was not very problematic because we were just there for one night. The staff all were very approachable and responsive. There didn’t seem to be many but the ones I did see an encounter were wonderful.

The property was undergoing a renovation which we were not informed of prior to our stay. Had we known, we may have opted for a different property. Some of the floors had limited room options. Consequently when we asked the front desk about room upgrades, there were none available. The complimentary Breakfast was limited and the lack of a waffle maker was disappointing. The staff were all friendly and accommodated all our requests.
