Wine Country Getaway on Private Street & Peconic Bay Neighborhood Beach Access

Private Street/Beautiful sand Beach for neighborhood. Great swimming area, private bin on beach with water toys. Large front and back yard, deck with chairs and chaise loungers, and gas grill ,also fire pit on the back lawn. Three bedrooms, two baths, both with showers, excellent furnishings and linens, well stocked kitchen with all the accoutrements for cooking a wonderful meal or making cocktails. Cable TV, Internet, Central AC, washer and dryer, and premium furnishings. Sleeps Six people.

More than I hoped for

This was the first time I rented a vacation home, and quite frankly I wasn't sure what to expect. I selected this home based on location mostly, and it was everything I hoped for and more I first of all want to extend my thanks to our hosts, Sheila and Ken. They were always available for a quick answer to a question or give a-recommendation or two of local restaurants. Very, very nice people The house was immaculate and comfortable. Check in and out was effortless. The house contained any amenity or supply I needed It was a quick walk to a beautiful beach on the Peconic. The hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy our day. And a plus was the nightly nature show in the yard (deer, turkeys,bunnies, gophers and every bird imaginable). The setting was serene and relaxing The home is in close access to restaurants, shopping and wineries Perfect location Thank you! Karen, John, Jenna, Jon and baby Jackson

Lovely home in a relaxing and fun environment

This property is exactly as the pictures portray. It is comfortable and extremely clean with all the amenities one needs for a beach/relaxing vacation. The central location in the North Fork is great. The private beach at the end of the block with the chairs/umbrella in a bin on the beach made going to the beach so easy and fun. The hosts are WONDERFUL.
