Holiday Homes in Cut Off

"The price was great having gone to New Orleans at the last moment. However, when I pulled up to the property I thought I was in the wrong place I never seen a Red Roof and so raggedy. I pulled into the parking lot on the opposite side of the office and had to drive around to the correct side and there were many sketchy individuals hanging out in the parking lot. I walk in the office the customer service was decent I said sometimes things I'm looking for the way that they truly are so I gave it a chance and I went to the room. I get to the room the door is not properly maintained there was so many different raised areas around the door top and bottom there was holes in the walls the bathroom look dated and didn't look that clean. The office had the remote and I had to ask for it I was in that room all of 7 minutes and I asked for a refund and I left. Because there were two individuals beating on the door next to the room that I was in. It was just one of those situation if you want the door you were inside no security. I did not feel safe I did not feel comfortable and I was not spending a night there. I don't know if this property is for say truckers or other folks but it was not for me."

"Perfect place to stay night before cruise. We used the shuttle for $10 per person to port and parked there for $10 a day. Very convenient and staff was great!"

"This place definitely needs an upgrade. The carpets in the room were extremely outdated and dingy. The employee that checked me in told me one thing for a price to add my dog, and charged way more. I was never told about the $20 parking fee, but was definitely charged it on my card. The complimentary breakfast wasn't bad. "

"It’s a rundown property and it shows. If saving money is the only option then maybe you can consider staying. But think again. The staff is doing the best under terrible budget. "
