no se encuentra el lugar ya que cierran, y no hay anuncio, ni número estuvimos casi 40min buscando y llamamos por teléfono y no contestaban hasta después de un tiempo salieron, y cuando llegamos la ducha no tenia agua caliente ,y el check out es a las 9am, y llegamos a las 2am

Cool Rooms with issues

Location is amazing. The room we got at 1st left a lot to be desired. We got a remote for the TV and no batteries, it wouldn’t have helped, because the cable was cut and the tv not plugged in. 1 bed was broken with a deep sag in the center. We only complained when the hot water didn’t work and we were finally switched rooms. The workers there are the best, but don’t hesitate to ask for repairs

could expect more for the price.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, hot water was an issue. And when you have to leave for a tour at 5am, and take a cold shower in freezing temperatures, it does not make it a pleasant experience. The bedroom was dark and got a headache from straining our eyes/vision. We liked that it was close to the plaza and the restaurant upstairs had an amazing view of the main plaza. If issues with the hot water and the lighting in the bedrooms get fixed, I would totally recommend this little place.

Cuestión de suerte.Recomendable solo por ubicación

Ya había estado antes y regresé por la ubicación excelente que tiene. El servicio es normal, y lo mejor es la vista que se tiene durante el desayuno hcia la Plaza. Me cobraron 40 dólares pero se pueden encontrar mejores cosas por la mitad una vez en la ciudad. Además fui referido con un falso descuento a una sucursal de Pirwa en Aguas Calientes la cual fue la más decepcionante experiencia. El Pirwa de ese lugar solo tenía el logo pegado al lado de otro nombre y me cobró mucho más caro de lo que realmente costaba (pregunté anónimamente en recepción, me cobraron más de 100 doles en vez de los 65 que realmente costaba) y la habitación era de lo peor, sucia, ruidosa y maloliente. Creo que esa no es la mejor manera de tratar a un cliente, pero es tan típico de Cusco, siempre cobrando extra a quien puedan.

Una Hostal con pésima señal de wifi, sin servicio de tv cable, ventana del baño da a lugares públicos lo cual genera pérdida de privacidad. Está ubicado en plena plaza de Cusco, por lo que cuenta con todas las alternativas turísticas a la mano.

Localização excelente

O Hotel é bem simples de forma geral, mas a localização é tão boa que compensa qualquer coisa. Fica de frente para a Plaza de Armas, então tudo fica muito fácil e acessível. Além disso, o hotel é super limpo e silencioso e isso é algo importante quando estamos viajando.

Inmejorable ubicación, frente a la Plaza de Armas. Problemas con el agua caliente en las duchas, al tener calefones eléctricos problemáticos, sin agua caliente también en el lavatorio. La señal de internet no llegaba a las habitaciones.

Just location is ok.

Good location only. But, Rooms are small with no windows. Smells like sewage. Electric shower??Staff unprepared... Had to pay in cash because, they didn't know how to charge the credit card! expensive, bunch of better options for the same price in Cuzco.

Old, tiny, dark, but GREAT staff!

Not a nice place to stay. In fact, the only thing nice about this place is the staff-- they were WONDERFUL! The location is great as you're located right in the heart of PLaza de Armas, but the rooms are old, the towels - OLD, the bathroom- TINY, and no real windows in the rooms, so they're dark. Everything just feels OLD. We will not be staying here again. Sorry!

Cheap hotel next to Plaza De Armas. Needs major renovation, room is tiny, hot water is spotty, WiFi is weak. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great with nice view of the Plaza.

Great Location, Clean Room and Warm Comfy Bed

The room was sufficiently furnished but old for a comfortable night stay. The wifi was strong in the room. The water was sufficiently warm consistently for a short shower. The hotel utilises an instant heater for their showers. So be sure to switch the heater on (switch located on the side of the rain shower head) prior to showering or else there will never be any warm water. The toilet initially had a pleasant toilet fragrance to it but it was actually masking a slight musky old toilet smell. The walls are very thin so lower your voices. The floors in the hotel are very creaky so you will know whenever someone is moving up and down the stairs. Overall, the stay was fair enough. Strong Wifi, Warm Showers and a Comfortable bed - most important items to me...

Está buena la ubicación pero son muy malas las instalaciones. Llegamos a las 5 am y el hotel estaba cerrado. Esperamos hasta las 6 am para poder ingresar. Las camas en malas condiciones y lo peor es la ducha, no hay agua caliente ya que usa calentador instantáneo. El desayuno no compensa. Lo destacable es su ubicación.

Excelente localização, porém piorou muito

Esta foi a minha segunda estadia nas redes Pirwa, porém eles pioraram muito desde 2012. Eles oferecem wi-fi nos quartos, porém não há sinal algum dentro dos mesmos, pelo menos nos do primeiro andar. O café da manhã é bem simples e na primeira manhã foi terrível, porém nos outros dois dias estavam melhores. Durante a estadia, a plaza de las armas estava fechada para carros, sendo necessário se deslocar para os pick ups e drop off dos tours
