Buena estadía.

Los televisores en las habitaciones muy malos. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. Muy buen desayuno. El ruido del rio es muy fuerte. La atención es excelente y servicial.

ちょっと奥まった所にある

部屋は広くはないけど狭くもなかったです。全体的に古い感じはするけど清潔に保たれてます。WI-FIはよく繋がりました。シャワーはそこそこの水圧だけど、いつでも熱いお湯が出ます。暖房は小型ながらパワフルで十分部屋が暖まりました。 日中は英語を話すスタッフがいますが、夜はスペイン語をのみスタッフしかいません。だけど理解しようと一生懸命になってくれました。 立地はアルマス広場から10分弱で、周辺には地元の人が利用する安いレストランや、スーパーマーケットも近くにあります。 滞在中困ったのが部屋の照明が暗かったのと、コンセントが部屋のとんでもない所に１ヶ所と洗面台にしかなかったので充電するのが大変でした。 ちなみに、場所が狭い路地にあるので、車はホテル前まで入れません。

Location is good, service is decent, the facility is old, it gets very noisy when people walk the staircase and talk. It's not the best value for the money. For the price we paid, expected a better quality place

It's a hostel at the heart of Cusco. Away from the main road. A car can't get inside this one way alley. The check in was good. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The thing is that it lacked the spirit that other hostels have. The service was nice but not very welcoming or warm. If you need a place for a night or two, it's not bad.

Muito bom e próximo da Plaza de armas.

A localização é muito boa, ficamos num quarto muito grande e novo com aquecedor, mas eles também tem alguns quartos mais antigos. Infelizmente não lembro o nome do rapaz que nos atendeu, mas ele trabalha no período tarde/ começo da noite, ele fez a diferença, extremamente prestativo, nos explicou tudo sobre lugares para comer, onde ir, muito bom.

Péssimo!

Atendimento do pessoal da noite foi péssimo! Super mal educado, grosseiro. Foi esquecido um carregador de celular e um livro (antes de ir a machupicchu) e na volta eles falaram que nao ficou no quarto, mas após perguntar varias vezes o livro “apareceu” mas o carregador não!

Well located in a quite alley near plaza de armas. Our window is facing thr innet courtyard so no noise from outside. Excellent buffet breakfast with very helpful staff. Hot water anf heatet works well.

Good value for money

Nice place to stay with warm showers. Good location, situated just 2 streets away from the main square. There was free transfer from the airport, and the receptionist and coordinators were helpful and gave good tips for Cusco. We ended up booking our day tours with the hotel coordinator. The reception desk was manned 24hours, and the laundry service provided was very convenient and affordable.

Basic but clean. Very well located at 5 min walk from plaza de arms. The staff is very nice and helpful. They provided heater and hair dryer upon request. We were able to store our luggage for our day to Machu-picchu.

色々お世話になりました、体調も崩してしまい酸素ボンベやら助かりました。口コミを見て決めたホテルでスタッフの方が良いと評価されてその通りでした。体調崩して時間があり隣サウナとマッサージの店がありそちらでのんびりさせて頂きました。表通り中心地に近くワサワサしていましたが1本中の通り静かで穴場でお安く宿泊済ませてたい時は最適です。

마음이 편한 숙소

아르마스 광장에서 걸어서 5분거리에 있고, 주변에 대형수퍼마켓과 세탁소가 있어 편리함. 시설은 낡은 편이지만 깨끗하고 침구도 산뜻하고 샤워실에 뜨거운 물이 잘 나옴. 와이파이도 잘 됨. 가족이 호스텔을 운영하는데 새벽투어 이동, 공항이동 시 택시 수배 및 투어일정에 차질이 있었을 때도 나서서 전화를 해주는등 크게 도움이 되었음 조식은 기본적인 메뉴를 갖춘 딱 기본 2월초 방안이 좀 추웠는데 방에 작은 온풍기와 여분이 담요가 있음. 직원 중 1명은 영어가 전혀 안되 구글번역기로 대화함. 건물 가운데 있는 부엌이 천정이 없이 3층까지 뚫려있는 형태라 그릇씻는 소리, 전자렌지 문 여닫는 소리가 그대로 울려서 올라옴. 골목 끝에 있고 별도 간판이 있는것이 아니어서 맨 처음에는 찾기 어려움
