Hotel Garcilaso ii is an amazing place to stay , the rooms are huge and very well maintained , friendly and helpful staff. They also stored our luggage for free when we checked out and went to see the city. Also the location is amazing and walking distance to main city center
Garcilasso II has a great location and is comfortable with beautiful interiors (courtyard). Would definitely come back.
Only downside was that the street outside was noisy and the door leading to the balcony was not exactly sound proof
Good location. Hotel is very old and bed is very uncomfortable. The carpet and bed bed are old and shelly. In the morning there are kids playing in the playground and make a lot of noice.
Wonderful hotel. No glitters but clean and excellent staff. Quadruple room is a good choice for 3 persons and s larger and only 5-10 percent more expensive. Clean bathroom and linen.
Perfectly good hotel, excellent staff, large rooms. The only negative is the carpet was quite worn and needs replacing. Otherwise very happy with my stay.
Hotel itself is in a historic building. I stayed in both Hotel Garcilaso I & II. Both are wonderful places to stay in between two smaller plazas and only a five minute walk (if that much) to the central Plaza de Armas. Close but quiet, all rooms surrounding a central courtyard. Staff is completely professional and helpful. Don't know what else to stay except that I was completely satisfied with my stay!
This hotel is located steps away from Plaza de Armes in Cusco. There are two properties named Hotel Garcilaso in Cusco and they are on the same block. We stayed in hotel #2, but if you end up in hotel #1 like we did, they will check their reservation system and then point you in the right direction to hotel #2.
Generally, the hotel was located in the heart of Cusco, which made for exploring the city quite easy. It was convenient to head to San Pedro market, as well as the other tourist attractions in the area.
The wifi was generally okay - nothing spectacular but it allowed for some surfing. Download speeds were generally much better than upload speeds.
The complimentary breakfast was also a good value, as there were several food items to choose from. There were also a variety of juices as well as fruits.
The staff speak a bit of English so we didn't have any trouble getting at the front desk after we arrived.
Overall, the hotel was generally pretty good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Cusco for a few days and needs periodic access to the Internet.
Ótima localização, quartos limpos, pátio interno do hotel bonito, chás à disposição dos hóspedes e serviço excelente. Táxi na recepção do hotel a S/40 para Poroy e S/15 para o aeroporto.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Todo muy bien, personal muy amable y servicial.
Todo muy bien, personal muy amable y servicial, el desayuno muy correcto solo echamos en falta algo de bollería.
Right next to Plaza San Francisco, lots of food around hotel. Close to Plaza de Armas. Very convenient and lively neighborhood.
Wifi was horrible I couldn't even detect any wifi in my room. Coca tea on arrival. The staff was average, could be better if they can act like they love their job. Breakfast was average.
Even though they have own wifi, it was so weak to connect. So I had to use the Internet at the out of my room.
It's so annoying. I think this hotel isn't worth 3 stars.
