Hotel cómodo y funcional

El hotel cumple con sus funciones, sin embargo es complicado el tema de la regadera, considero es un punto que pueden mejorar. El hotel no está alejado del centro pero está en una zona no tan cómoda de llegar, ni siquiera los autos tienen accedió tan fácil. El personal es muy atento y amable, sin embargo tuve que pagar dos veces la reservación porque a ellos "no se les reflejaba" siendo que ellos mismos confirmaron que tienen problemas con expedis y Booking y a pesar de que les mostré en mi aplicación bancaria que ya estaba cobrado, tuve que pagar nuevamente mi estancia. Este es un foco rojo, pero aparentemente es lo mismo es la mayoría de los hospedajes en cusco y lima por lo que les recomiendo solo reservas y poner opción de pagar en el hotel.
