I had a very comforting stay at this property. The staff were truly amazing, helpful, kind, compassionate, caring, amicable and always went the extra mile whenever i needed help with something, needed something. My room was what i needed and always came back to it clean. The breakfast provided every morning was very healthy, natural, and appreciated for sure. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Pricing was good on the pockets also. Thank you to Everyone at Hotel Cusco Plaza Nazarenas. My experience with you all was truly amazing and I am truly grateful and thankful for the stay and experience.

Room was super small, not clean. Nothing to do. Staff not very helpful, only one person at a time. It was so bad that we checked out after the first night even though I paid for three nights. The ONLY highlight if any is its excellent location, only about three minutes walk to main plaza.

The reception guy is super nice, he helped us to call taxi, carried all our luggages to the truck. The room was fantastic for budget travellers, warm and cozy. I had a room that faces the historic street and buildings. Hotel is located right in the Center, it’s only one block away from main square. Easy to get to any restaurants or sights. Love the service and hotel in general. We high recommend this hotel and would definitely choose this one again the next time!

Confusing check-in
Even though I booked and paid online, when I got to the hotel they tried to say I didn't have a reservation and then that they found it but I still had to pay. None of the front desk people seemed to know what was going on.

Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and tips. Room and cleaning crew were efficient. The only thing I wished that the heater in the room would’ve worked. The last two days of my stayed I got additional one to keep the room warm

This was a good hotel with a hostel feel. It was very clean and has everything you need, but not in any way fancy. The location is great and the views are amazing. Staff are friendly and attentive. Hot water, good TV, and a decent breakfast. Beds were sufficient. All in all, a good place if you’re looking to do Cusco on a budget and don’t want to stay in a hostel dormitory.

Basic hotel in a great location. Reason for 3 stars is the front desk was entirely un-negotiable regarding a late check out. Check out is 930, I asked to check out 11 or noon - was told it would be an additional $25 US - more than I paid for the entire reservation. This hotel would have earned a 5 star rating from me for the price/value, had they not been so unreasonable about late check out.

Got upgraded to larger room with better view due to room availability. Allowed luggage to remain after check out, can use restrooms as well. Nice place and worth the price

Good
Location is pretty good, the downside is the early checkout time 930 am, it could be improved. There is no elevator and there are not much variety in breakfast either. But for the price it's pretty good.

Perfect for a short stay
Hotel was good for a short stay in Cuzco. Great location and friendly staff. Bathrooms were a little tired and rooms weren’t very warm but this wasn’t an issue for a short stay. Hotel organised us a taxi to the airport which was helpful. Good that there’s someone on reception at all times.

Hotel very close to main square which was great. When I made the booking I requested a pick up from the airport and this was confirmed. I provided my flight details as requested and was told that someone would be at the airport to transfer us to the hotel. Unfortunately this did not occur and after waiting for some time we ended up getting a taxi to the hotel.

The location is this place's saving grace. The toilet in the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There were hairs on the toilet. The room was fine other than the unclean bathroom. They charged me an extra tax of 18% because I didn't have the TAM tourist migration card on me to prove I'm not a Peruvian resident. Not a pleasant stay.

Nice Hotel Close to Main Square
We switched to the hotel coming from a hostel, what a change. The hotel is well located, close to main square, the historic center, restaurants and shopping places. The girl at the front desk is really nice and helpful. They can get a taxi for you and the taxi will give you good prices for sure. The rooms are oldish, but still confortable with a portable heater. The hot shower is only about 125 litters so you have to take some short showers in order to leave hot water to the next person, otherwise, the next person have to wait about 20 minutes more to have hot water.

Booked triple share online but when we arrived the room was not available so they gave us a double and a single room at no extra cost. The rooms are not very big. Not at lot of storage space. Wi-Fi is terribly slow. Location is good. Breakfast is available from 5am which is good if going to Machu Picchu. Basic tea, coffee, juice and toast which is OK.

A quiet nice hotel
Stayed one night. The hotel staffs had only little problem communicating in English but most just fine for a short time stay. They had a working Wi-fi up and running for the most of the time, and restaurants and gift shops were only a few minutes work.

Adequate but for the overall quality overprices.
Great location on a square with three 5-star hotels. But Cusco Plaza was a 2-star at best. We were given a room with three beds. The breakfast was the least desirable on our trip. For the same price or a little more, you can be in some really great hotels just a little farther away. Not work the price.

Cusco Plaza Nazarenas superou as minhas expectativas. Sempre limpo, café da manhã agradável - sem variações, mas o básico para encarar o dia: café sucos, pães, geleia, ovos, manteiga e cereais. O atendimento é regular, mas eles são bem prestativos e na recepção tem sempre um chá de coca para os hóspedes. A localização é muito boa, bem próxima à Plaza de Armas.

スタッフさんがとても親切で色々気を使ってくれてとても良かったです。 ホテル側の都合でこちらのナサレナスからサフィーに変更になりましたがサフィーがかなり広くて得しました。 エクスペディアさんのアプリもその変更情報が共用できてたらもっと最高ですけどね。 何故かアプリは変更してなくて、この感想もナサレナスについてしまうみたい。

Básico, hay mejores opciones!! Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación súper céntrica á el area turística de la ciudad de Cusco (2 minutos caminado de la Plaza de Armas). Sin embargo existen muchas cosas que podrían mejorar: desayuno es bastante básico en comparación a otros hoteles del área, además me ofrecieron una habitación con vista a la plazoleta de las Nazarenas y no fue así, la habitación no fue del todo cómoda porque nos limitaban el consumo de agua caliente en una temporada donde la temperatura ambiente baja bastante (noviembre), la habitación 304 tiene una ventana inmensa que a las 5:30 am cuando sale el sol no deja dormir más (solicitamos ayuda con este tema para poder descansar bien y nunca nos ayudaron, nos tocó improvisar con sábanas de otra cama como cortinas), y por último el personal nunca mostró una actitud de solución a nuestras solicitudes. Desde mi punto de vista por el precio pagado hay opciones y servicios mejores.

Cusco Plaza Nazarenas es un hrmoso hotel de estilo colonial, mantiene la arquitectura típica del lugar, habitaciones grandes, cámas comodas, baños espacioso, limpieza adecuada, buen desayuno. Bien localizado y buena atención del personal. Desde el 2do piso del patio se tiene una vista espectacular de la catedral. Fuimos con auto y nos facilitaron un estacionamiento privado y seguro a unas cuadras del hotel.

Muto bom!
O pessoal do Staff ajuda no que for preciso, são muito prestativos. Nosso quarto tinha várias janelas, propiciando um vista fantástica. A localização é privilegiada, numa praça muito bonita e muito perto da Plaza de las as Armas. Fantástico. Como ponto ruim, tinham que trocar o piso, que é de madeira. Até aí, nada de mais, porém alguns tacos estão soltos e não custava nada terem feito uma manutenção. Já vi reclamação sobre isso há meses... E o Wi-fi pega em quase todo o Hotel, menos nos quartos do terceiro andar.

excelente ubicación
Excelente ubicación a 2 cuadras de plaza de armas, en una plaza lindísima bien colonial. Prolijo, buena atención, sencillo en cuanto a instalaciones, buena agua caliente. El desayuno es poco variado, le agregaria alguna cosita dulce y jugo de naranja. Pero en general buena relación calidad/precio.

Trato profesional.
Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente en la asignación de la habitación ya que nos asignaron una doble cuando habíamos reservado una triple pero la responsable de las reservas gestionó muy profesionalmente este inconveniente. Al día siguiente nos asignaron la habitación correspondiente. Quedamos contentos con el trato que finalmente nos brindaron. El trato de los empleados fue muy profesional.
