Hotel stay before Machu Pichu hike

Only 15 minutes from the airport with Quick check in and check out make this hotel very convenient.Very kind and helpful staff that go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and answer any questions you may have.The hotel has a great location to the downtown core and restaurants/markets/stores are within easy walking distance. The breakfast included was okay but could use more protein options as this is what am used to in Canada. An all round great hotel for the price :)

It was the adequate room right for us. Unfortunately after so many attempts to communicate had to get Expedia involved. They still didn't pick us up correctly from airport. Messed up some of our day. The hotel seemed a little confused that a single person booked a suite, and took it upon themselves to give me a different room upon my arrival. I would confirm with them directly if you happen to book the suite that you actually get it-- they only have one suite, so if they book you incorrectly, you're simply not getting it. The women working here are the SWEETEST. I can't say the same for the men, except for one individual, who appears to be an overall help to run errands and clean up. He was nice. Honestly what stood out to me most was how safe the hotel was. They chain- lock the doors at night, and there is someone at the desk 24 hours. If you have to leave on a tour early, they make sure the right people are picking you up. If safety is a priority for you, then this is the best place. And as a solo female traveler, that meant a lot. Aside from that, my stay was just okay.

The staff at the property is really good, accommodative and courteous. The location is quite walkable to the main square of Cusco. For the price; excellent value and experience. We stayed at the property, then left our luggage in storage and went to Machu Picchu for a couple days and returned back to the property. Everything was very smooth
