"The location exterior is swarmed nightly by homeless who urinate on the sidewalks, leaving a disgusting odor. The hotel interior has a large central well opening on the hotel bar, such that crow noise projected into my room well after midnight on a work night. The room was cleaned to a level of moderate competency, but a previous guest's hair was left in the bathroom and difficult to clean areas such as behind chairs and under matresses were left in disgusting conditions."

"For $400 a night room they should be a smart tv in the room, better shower head and a better mattress. Would’ve given even lower star review if not for the stuff. They were great. I understand Sacramento is a dump but at least update your rooms to make your guests stay at least a bit more enjoyable. Not worth the price unless they make some changes. "
