"Loved this place! I'm kind of picky about hotels. I can't stand a dirty smelly place. This place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in it for a few days before heading to a family gathering. Then we booked it again for a night before leaving town. The second stay I guess I booked a room that was the last king bed and happened to be the handicap accessible corner room. It was way big and explained the slightly higher price. Even though a paid a little more it was a very restful sleep and nice stay before our flight back home. I will definately stay here again when I'm visiting family that live in Virginia Beach. I also didn't clue into the continental breakfast the first stay, but the second stay it was a great spread. Lots of seating that was clean and someone was there refilling food and wiping down tables. Parking was easy and close and the staff was very friendly."

"If you don’t care about dirt this is the place to book. If you care about respect do not come here. The owners do not care for the people that stay here just a money grab. They do not clean nor do they care to be honest about their hotel. 0/10 DO NOT STAY HERE"

"I would only stay here again if I only needed to sleep. The room was clean. Staff was very helpful. That being said, the pool was empty for the whole visit. I had change my own trash bag. The terrace furniture is broken down and only had cushion for 6. Mind you, they have at least 20 chairs on it. Only one light worked at night on the terrace as well. Don't count on a full service restaurant here either. It's a basic school cafeteria set up for poor food."

"Overall below average stay. The only reason I wouldn’t go lower is because the bed was comfortable. Large sections of the laminated flooring in the room was coming up. Coffee pot was dirty and only had one caffeinated serving. Shower was COLD! Common areas looked like an amateur did the painting, decorating, etc. Also, my wife and I tried having a few drinks outside overlooking the River - nope, the stench of marijuana was overwhelming. Would not recommend."
