"We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad"

"Great cabin that had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the air conditioning worked very well. A relaxing place to stay and we would happily return."
