Although the reception hours were limited, the staff were very helpful and supportive. Room was very comfortable with view from balcony and wonderful views of the River city from Rooftop. Easy walk to Fish Lane bar, South Bank entertainment precinct, many eateries and bars. Walk directly to the Casino over the river from South Bank. Good holiday stay.

The train was under repair when we visited but the newly painted Big Pineapple looks awesome! The Wild HQ zoo was ok, if not a little boring, but much cheaper than the Australia Zoo and suited my half interested 3 year old.
