"The pools were not what we expected from a hot springs. Seemed pretty regular hotel’ish. Getting towels was always an issue. Bartender was just plain rude. Front deck and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The area and grounds were beautiful. Would be nice to have screens on the doors. Everything was clean and quiet. "

"CLOSED for the season. They did not charge off season rates. The resort was completely empty. We were the only ones there. The restaurant was closed also. We are new to the area and were not informed the resort was closed. Also, there was a large, dead bug hanging from the corner on a cobweb. When we used the shower, a large red glob of something nasty came out of the soap dispenser. Soapless showers not fun. I contacted property to address my concerns privately, but did not receive a response, so, clearly they are not interested in fixing things."

"The lodge was amazing for our large group. We used every aspect of the house and it had everything we needed. We didn’t use the fire pit but did use the grill. The house was perfect, nothing missing. The location was secluded and gave use the privacy our group was looking for. "

"Definitely the cleanest VRBO home we’ve ever stayed in eve down to the baseboards. I wish the yard was more private with covered space to enjoy the outdoors in the rain but still had a nice setup. We got to see deer right across from us. It was a great stay. "

"Everything was great aside from the garbage disposal being full of shattered glass when we arrived. We had to dig all the glass out to allow the sink to drain. Otherwise the lodge is beautiful and the kitchen is well supplied with utensils, pots, and pans. "
