Hôtel in great location for shopping. Room ok but air-conditioning not working properly. Some refurbishlent work in the hôtel, noisy and dusty. Desk team : Average attitude Breakfast staff: Great Car park : Slow service and once even rude. Paid in full on arrival then had to pay fee on leaving, why? I dont know. Could be the perfect place to stay but need some efforts.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência. O check-in foi rápido, e o atendimento foi cordial e eficiente. O quarto é bem espaçoso, estava muito limpo e o chuveiro é excelente, oferecendo bastante conforto. O café da manhã também estava muito bom, com boa variedade e tudo bem servido. Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas um detalhe de manutenção: a pintura da parede próxima à janela estava descascando. Não atrapalhou em nada a nossa estadia, mas é um ajuste simples que certamente melhora a percepção geral e deixa o ambiente ainda mais agradável. No geral, foi uma boa hospedagem, com excelente custo-benefício, e voltaria a me hospedar.

Hotel antigo. Roupa de cama suja, que parecia não ter sido trocada entre um hóspede e outro. Toalha de banho velha e manchada. Hotel em reforma com barulho de obra. Acústica dos quartos péssima… uma noite com o hóspede do andar de cima andando de madrugada pelo quarto e em outra noite o hóspede do quarto do lado roncava que parecia que era dentro do meu quarto. Fora o fato de no café da manhã ter encontrado um contaminante físico no prato do omelete. Minha experiência foi péssima!
