A hotel that has seen better days. It proudly displays on its entrance awards from 2016, but I feel it’s been neglected since then and when the photos were taken! Room was adequate, but annoying. No bedside lights and a single harsh ceiling light that was unpleasant. Wi-Fi signal was forever dropping out. Bathroom taps were of a design and age that were difficult to turn and shut off. Furthermore, the lift/elevator got stuck on one occasion requiring us to be rescued. An experience i wouldn’t want to repeat. Perhaps that sums up the general neglect and decline of this hotel. Breakfast was decent. Probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Razoável apesar de apenas uma diaria. So nao gostei dos horarios de checkin e checkout. 15 -11 hs. Esse horário é norma atual ou só desse hotel ? Fui pega de surpresa pois nao tinha ideia da mudanca de horario.

A estadia no geral foi muito boa. Os quartos eram amplos, com bons espaços de armários, e o banheiro tinha um chuveiro bastante forte e com água quente (necessária pro frio de Curitiba). O café da manhã tinha diversas opções, mas que não variavam muito ao longo dos dias. O atendimento da equipe foi bastante cordial. Cabe ressaltar, no entanto, que o trata-se de um hotel antigo, que carece de modernização em alguns pontos. Por exemplo, o exaustor do banheiro era bastante barulhento, e este ainda conta com bidê. Mas isso não chegou a atrapalhar a estadia.

Experiência mediana

Boa estrutura e bom chuveiro/banheiro. No entanto, o conforto acústico é ruim, pois a porta que dá para o corredor não tem vedação adequada. Dava para ouvir o alto barulho do elevador e das pessoas falando, abrindo portas no corredor. Acordei várias vezes à noite. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, pois, apesar da variedade aparente, a comida é de baixa qualidade, sem gosto. Localização boa.

Limpeza razoável, achei o ralo do box do banheiro meio sujo e quando cheguei ainda tinha lixo no banheiro. Além disso, apenas uma tomada do quarto estava funcionando e o elevador fazia um barulho estranho. Mas café da manhã muito bom, localização boa e funcionários muito queridos

Razoável, hotel antigo e com muita oportunidade de atualização nas acomodações. Iluminação do quarto péssima, totalmente em luz branca muito desconfortável para o descanso (real proposta para o quarto). Sem disponibilidade e produtos para consumo (geladeiras vazias) e sem disponibilidade na recepção, inclusive não havia água disponível para compra , dado que havia uma máquina de venda mas estava quebrada. Faltou água em uma das manhãs e apos o retorno ficou saindo água extremamente preta e suja em todos os pontos durante muitos minutos , atrasando a rotina da manhã.
