Ótimo hotel e boa localização.

Ótimo hotel, boa localização, bom atendimento, todos são muito simpáticos e solícitos. Hotel bem decorado, estacionamento grátis e de fácil acesso, quarto confortável, chuveiro aquece rápido, toalhas de qualidade, o café da manhã bem variados e de qualidade. O ambiente onde é servido o café da manhã é confortável e bonito. Recomendo!

Many good things to mention, but I will focus on the 2 points that deserve improvement. The pillows seemed to be in need of replacement (already thin and unstructured). I also mention the external noise (traffic), even when staying on the top floor of the hotel. The windows in this sector (view of the highway) could be adjusted for soundproofing systems.

Bom hotel bem localizado

Hotel muito bom, tudo bem organizado desde a recepção, o estacionamento é amplo, chegamos tarde e havia vários lugares para estacionar, mesmo o hotel estando lotado. O quarto amplo, iluminado e bem limpo, banheiro igualmente bom. As roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade bem limpas, produtos de toilette. Café da manhã bom com variedades de pães, frutas e sucos, embutidos e ovos. fácil acesso para o aeroporto e a rodovia, não tivemos problema com barulho. A única negativa que pontuaria, foi o fato de um hóspede estar utilizando o telefone da recepção e, passou a falar palavras chulas e de baixo calão na frente de todos que ali estavam, além de deselegante bastante mal educado. Porém, no mais é um ótimo hotel.

Não me hospedo mais!

Cheguei de uma viagem cansativa de carro e não consegui deixar o carro na entrada do hotel, pois alguém resolveu estacionar no início da rampa de acesso à recepção. Tranquilamente falei sobre isso com a recepcionista, não me respondeu nada, serviço frio, mas foi ágil. Quarto médio, tv com vários canais não habilitados, sem informação de quais canais funcionam ou não, mas o pior é o chuveiro. Noite de 1º grau na cidade e o chuveiro parecia uma ducha elétrica ruim, meia dúzia de saídas de água, com baixa pressão e temperatura mediana, péssimo! Café da manhã lotado, com poucas opções e reposição lenta, faltou copo de vidro, talheres, pratos... Infelizmente os hoteis do entorno do aeroporto de Curitiba estão indo de mal a pior, tentei esse novemante, mas não volto mais!
