Estadia foi razoável. Localização da entrada de garagem é quase imperceptível a noite. Elevadores necessitam reforma urgente. Banheiros necessitam reforma urgente. Quarto razoável. Limpeza boa. Para o padrão Ibis, a recepção é despojada demais. Não voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel.

Péssimo

Acústica tão péssima que conseguia ouvir conversas e até tosse dos outros quartos. O colchão fino e extremamente desconfortável, travesseiro péssimo, roupas de cama manchada, rasgada e pesada. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar no meio da noite, frigobar fazia barulho alto. O estacionamento é pequeno se for sair tem que sair com antecedência porque tem o tempo de espera para manobrar o carro. Era pra ser uma estadia somente para descansar e não tive isso! Não recomendo

Mentiras sobre a estadia . Péssimo .

A reserva constava : 1 cama de casal e 1 cama de solteiro. Era um pessimo sofa cama. Como minha filha dorme comigo por ter epilepsia meu marido teve que tentar pegar no sono naquele sofa cama. O banheiro tinha fios de cabelos ruivos na parede , chao parecia sujo . Banheiro velho, o piso solto , a gente pisava no piso do banheiro fazia barulho. Toalhas ruins. O lencol da cama super velho cheio de bolinhas, tive que pedir outro, o lençol era transparente. Ai dizia estacionamento. O cara do estacionamento QUE É A PARTE ! COISA QUE NAO ESTAVA CLARO NA RESERVA ! O manobrista super grosso !!! Ai reclamamos na portaria , o atendente disse : nao podemos fazer nada é tercerizado. Gente, o estacionamento tercerizado , mas foi o hotel que contratou esse tercerizado ! Enfim , deram um quarto qie o banheiro nada tem haver com o da foto que esta na propanda. Quarto 452.

Uma boa escolha

Localizado numa regiao bem central de Curitiba, o hotel atende ao seu propósito. Caso o preco seja atraente, acredito q valha a pena. A sua estrutura é antiga (creio ser o primeiro da marca) e acanhada na area comum. Mas nada alarmante. O atendimento é bom e os funcionários gentis. O quarto tem bom tamanho, é limpo,decorado e possui uma tv de pelo menos 43' com varios canais abertos e opções de streaming. De modo geral atende bem. Nada de luxo e ostentação, mas honesto no propósito de acomodar bem e com conforto. Sua localização tbem é interessante porque ele praticamente fica ao lado do shopping muller, o q facilita a alimentação e um "passeio". A garagem para os hóspedes é terceirizada. Na minha visao um ambiente mais pra garagem de predio muito velho, nao condizente com a proposta do hotel. Poderia melhorar nisso, afinal é a parada inicial e onde se forma a primeira impressao de tudo. Eu voltaria tranquilamente, desde q o custo compensasse qdo comparando-o com outros.

Hotel que segue o padrão Ibis, com bom chuveiro, com boas roupas de cama e banho, e camas confortáveis... Porém, poderiam melhorar a hospitalidade, principalmente, do atendimento no estacionamento...
