The staff didn’t care about the customer at all I ask to clean the room everyday that I was there and they only clean once . Very disappointed , had to go everyday to the front desk to ask to reset my key because was not working properly.. and the staff was really mean did not care about the costumer at all .

Great location, right in the center of the capital. The breakfast was superb, although it was not included... The only thing it could be improved is the TV which has an analogic signal...

Best location in Curitiba
The hotel's location is great, next to many restaurants, bars and malls. The Wifi is excellent and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room is heated, which helps since Curitiba can get very cold.

Quarto triplo muito velho
Quarto extremamente Velho e cheiro de mofo, papel de parede descascando, instalação do ar condicionado muito aparente com muita sujeira, cama extra afundada, meu filho ficou com medo de 2 furos no mdf estava com receio de sair algum Bicho no móvel, tive que tampar com papel higiênico os furos. Pedi pra trocar o quarto mas estava tudo igual, horrível! A recepcionista me atendeu super bem, me mostrou o outro quarto ela me explicou que o hotel realmente está velho e que já iniciaram as reformas no hotel inteiro. A diaria estava barato mas se eu soubesse que o quarto estava caindo aos pedaços pagaria por um preço maior! O cansaço era muito pra procurar por outro. Recepção super amigável! Quarto triplo não deveriam colocar em uso.

Bom lugar para hospedagem
Não tenho muito a dizer, passei apenas uma noite, porém fui muito bem atendido, o AP estava todo arrumado e limpo e não tive nenhum problema, só um pequeno transtorno com os elevadores que estavam meio desregulados, mas nada que atrapalhou minha estadia.

Iríamos novamente.
Muito boa estadia no hotel Ibis Shopping Curitiba. Cordialidade no atendimento, bom serviço de limpeza, café da manhã muito bom. Só a observar que no ap 1960 a cortina encontrava-se solta, com furinhos e curta, permitindo a entrada de claridade. Foram 5 noites muito agradáveis. Iríamos novamente.
