Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)

Vamos lá: Primeiro: no momento da reserva consta “estacionamento disponível (sem manobrista). No momento que cheguei descobri que não tinha mais estacionamento disponível. Tive que deixar em estacionamento particular, com prejuízo de 60 reais. Com esse dinheiro pagaria estadia em outro hotel com estrutura melhor! Segundo: O hotel é muito ruim. Só tinha um espelho de rosto no banheiro. Por sorte estava frio em Curitiba e nem precisamos utilizar o ar condicionado. Os sofás da recepção estão imundos, velhos, usados demais e com cheiro de mofo. Terceiro: O café da manhã também não era bom. Os dois tipos de bolo que tinha estavam com a massa super pesada. Basica. Enfim, não volto nunca mais, não indico. Sem chance de ser bem avaliado. A única coisa boa foram as funcionárias da cozinha, que durante o café foram super simpáticas. Quarta: Fui incomodada as 1h da manhã quando cheguei de um evento … foram até o quarto e bateram na porta perguntado se eu tinha reserva. Poxaaa! Já tinha feito check in às 17h. Eles não anotam? Não tem controle. Tenho a impressão que nem tem controle de quem entra e quem sai. Isso é muito perigoso, segurança zero!!!!! Precisam pedir pra eles corrigirem no site e no aplicativo a disponibilização de estacionamento. Isso não é correto! Enganam o consumidor! Custa colocar que é estacionamento conforme disponibilidade?? Bom, já falei demais! Hotel péssimo. Com os 60 reais que gastei de estacionamento ficaria em outro mil vezes melhor!!!!!!

É um hotel mais antigo. Mas as roupas de cama estavam sempre limpas, tanto quanto as acomodações. Ótima localização, se vc precisa estar no centro de Curitiba, mas como todo centro de cidade, é um local só ativo durante o dia, após as 19/20hs fica tudo bem deserto. Os prós do hotel são definitivamente sua localização central e o café da manhã incluso. O estacionamento do hotel estava lotado nas duas vezes que ficamos lá, mas tem vários estacionamentos no mesmo quarteirão do hotel. O contra é a idade das instalações, os banheiros sao espaçosos, mas defasados em termos de decoração e ferragens. Um hotel que pede uma reforma para modernização Eu me hospedaria novamente

Eu já conhecia o hotel. Ótimo atendimento. Localização privilegiada. Única coisa que falta realmente é estacionamento. Nas três vezes que me hospedei não tinha vaga no estacionamento do hotel. Daí deixa o carro no estacionamento do shopping ao lado e paga mais metade do valor da diária com o estacionamento. Fora isso, tudo ótimo.

A cama e os travesseiros deixam a desejar. Dessa vez o quarto que fiquei o ar condicionado estava ok, mas em outra estadia fiquei em um quarto em que o ar condicionado era muito barulhento. Seria boa se houvesse uma renovada nos quartos. A atendente na recepção foi arrogante, o estacionamento estava aberto e estacionamos o nosso carro e a mesma foi arrogante em nas palavras ao falar que estava lotado. Acredito que formas mais educadas em abordar os clientes, inclusive não iríamos adivinhar que estava ocupado visto que tinha vagas

Hotel bem localizado, a recepção não me passou informações claras sobre o estacionamento, que quando reservei, dizia que tinha estacionando disponível, sendo que ao chegar para o check in fui informado que estava cheio. Precisei buscar uma alternativa e pagar por fora. Prédio com mobília antiga e estrutura antiga, o qual está pedindo uma reforma urgente. Colchões muito moles, que afundam bastante quando se deita. Instalações elétricas precisam de atualização, pois o quarto pouco iluminafo e também possui poucas tomadas. O chuveiro esquenta bem, porém, a água está sem direção, espirrando muito para os lados. Infelizmente não recebe 3 estrelas.

Péssimo. Tudo péssimo. Tudo velho, desde o banheiro, ar condicionado e utensílios. Café da manhã deixou muito a desejar com poucas opções e as que tinham era horrível. A pessoa que faz precisa melhorar o preparo dos alimentos. O estacionamento é pago e péssimo. Tem que ficar avisando o tempo todo a recepção se vai sair ou chegar com o carro . Equipe de recepção precisa melhorar, alguns sem tato de falar.
