I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Hotel velho, caindo aos pedaços, ficamos sem água uma manhã inteira e os funcionários só enrolando, prometendo que voltaria em meia hora!!! Nunca tinha lugar para sentar no café da manhã. Lugar perigoso e o estacionamento fica a 200 metros do hotel, imagina andar de noite naquele lugar horrível. Nunca mais volto.

Eu já havia ficado nesse hotel e no momento da reserva vendo as fotos do quarto, recordei da estadia passada... porém o quarto que fiquei não corresponde aos das fotos postadas, o que fiquei esta muito inferior... vidro do banheiro quebrado entrado um ar frio (7 graus), o piso do quarto faltando pedaços o vaso sanitário solto... mas pelo preço da diária paga eu esperava alguma situação semelhante... o que faltou foi transparência, se soubesse teria escolhido outro quarto mesmo tendo a diária mais cara...
