Foi uma das piores experiências que já tive em hotel, tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior — e não estou exagerando. Ao chegarmos no quarto, já encontramos diversos problemas: não havia interfone, a TV não funcionava e o botão da descarga estava quebrado. Solicitamos suporte à equipe, mas nada foi resolvido. Além disso, não havia água quente durante a estadia, o que foi ainda mais desconfortável considerando o frio intenso em Curitiba naquele final de semana. Para piorar, logo na primeira noite encontramos dois pedaços de unha em cima da cama, que claramente não eram nossos — uma situação extremamente desagradável e que demonstra falta de higiene básica. No sábado, passamos o dia inteiro fora e, ao retornarmos, os problemas continuavam sem solução. Na segunda-feira, solicitamos a troca de quarto, mas novamente não tivemos retorno por parte da equipe. A experiência foi extremamente frustrante, com atendimento ineficiente, problemas estruturais e falhas graves de limpeza. Não recomendo este hotel.

Funcionários da recepção bem atenciosos. Hotel velho e mal cuidado. Chuveiro ruim. Camas, cobertas péssimas. TV sem som. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento. Café simples, porém bom. Como fiquei um dia só, OK, para uma estadia de mais dias não recomendo. Serviço de estacionamento a parte. OK.

Prédio antigo, sem manutenção. Na recepção fios aparentes, paredes sujas, uma rampa que mais parece um tobogã de tão inclinada, corredores com paredes sujas, carpete velho, no quarto mesmo cenário, se percebe que em algum momento já foi sofisticado, mas as manutenções não acompanharam. O café da manhã foi a experiência menos pior.

Estacionamento pago, mas muito distante, ao solicitar o carro foi muito demorado e notei que mexeram no carro, pois o marcador de km estava diferente, creio que rodaram com meu carro além do trajeto hotel/estacionamento... Banheiro sem ducha higiênica, um desconforto. Já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel ,mas não retornarei mais, a qualidade está muito aquém do mínimo esperado.
