I heard from an employee that the place is getting sold, therefore everyone is demotivated and confused abou job security. No one wears name badges, no smiles, Irene took 18 minutes to check us, I had to show picture of a coffee pot on their Expedia photos to get one send to my room. Furniture old, breakfast . There is no culture of service. Rodrigo was little more cooperative after initial conflict.

A estadia foi ótima e o atendimento de toda equipe foi perfeito, porém, a acomodação está precisando de reparos: o frigobar está com a porta ruim, as gavetas de cabeceira estão caídas, e, no banheiro: a torneira da pia não fecha totalmente e fica pingando água direto, e o bidê está solto. E o café da manhã foi razoável, mas pode melhorar.

Hotel velho! Móveis antigos, banheiro precisando de faxina geral (muita sujeira acumulada nos cantos das janelas). Café da manhã bem básico, pouca qualidade, sem produtos sem lactose (o que tem em outras unidades da rede). Várias vezes as placas dos produtos estavam trocadas, a sanduicheira não é limpa faz tempo. Não vi nenhum colaborador de máscaras na dependência do hotel, não tinha luvas para se servir no café. Equipe anti-sociável, não há ajuda com malas por parte da recepção. Na lateral dos quartos ímpares tem um restaurante e tem bastante barulho. Se você cogita escolher este hotel por conta da localização, saiba que nas imediações existem outras opções melhores e pelo mesmo custo-benefício. Não se hospede neste flat antigo e mal administrado.
