"Room is ok, wish they had some counter space to put out stuff, they just had a small standalone sink and a bench next to it. Great location, cozy little hotel. Love the “reading” area right outside of our rooms, felt like a living room :-). This place is very windy, was waken up a few times because of the wind, but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. "

"I booked this stay in a hurry! Guess what, it turned out to be one of the best place to stay. It was very relaxing and the view from the Hotel front was scenic and felt like sitting in front of the view for a long time sipping coffee. The staff members were super helpful. The breakfast was great. The unique experience I had was the Kitchen staff asked me if I want something specific to eat, they can make it for me. They did made a nice Omelet for me for me. We also, had a great experience walking down the trail which is about 1.5 hours of trail. Overall it was a awesome experience, which is located in a quite place. We would love to stay in this place again!!"

"A lovely place to stay, which makes us want to return for a longer stay. Highly eco-conscious and eco-friendly the property is very well maintained and offers a sumptuous sit-down breakfast and good lunch, and dinner options at the restaurant. With wonderful views of the mountains and airy rooms, the Trapp lodge offered a unique experience. Since there are no elevators, one has to be prepared to go up the ramp for rooms in the higher elevations. Staff are friendly and since dinner is done by reservation, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call asking if we would like a dinner reservation to be made. Highly recommend this place for a lovely, comfortable and quiet stay."

"I wish they had more storage/shelf space in the room. But it’s a boutique hotel and they usually don’t. I had a great stay here. It is close and walkable distance to whatever action is in the town."

"Clean rooms and property. Healthy and fresh food options available for breakfast. Melissa at reception was very resourceful and suggested, arranged trips for us, which turned out to be great experiences. Warm and friendly staff. "

"The drive to the hotel was its own adventure but once you drive up the entrance, you will be so glad that you choose Koora. The moment we got out of the car to the moment we had to leave, we felt welcomed and honoured. The staff are amazing and helpful, almost always available. The restaurant is situated to provide views that you would pay for willingly. The food is amazing and the service - unmatched. The room - we got the two room suite - was comfortable and clean; you just need to know that to get to the second bedroom, you have to walk through the first. They are in storage floors, decorated differently and the amenities in the room are great. The only thing I would say I would mark as disliked is that walking INTO the room you are immediately welcomed by the bed which makes taking off shoes and such a bit of an annoyance; this is because culturally we do not walk with our outdoor shoes inside. For those that do, may not be an issue. We stated 3 days and 2 nights, which included in-room massages … highly recommend. This hotel is for families and singles and couples and everything in between. Quiet, peaceful and serene. "
