"A lot of wonderful things about this hotel. the surrounding natural beauty and the very beautiful dining room and common rooms with stunning views. The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice. "Lovely place on the water. Very welcoming host. Cosy and comfortable. Only problem we encountered was that breakfast we ordered did not appear at the specified time and we had to leave with a minimal provision for the money. "

"Alma Chilota was simply a fantastic property to stay at! Our room was large & beautiful, overlooking the water, and very well appointed - better than the online pictures. The small inn itself was full of local Chilean/Chiloe art and plants. I'd stay again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Castro. "
