"My room was very clean...and I liked they would come in daily to clean, change sheet and leave towels. Staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. The bagels were wrapped but stale."

""Treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism" First off I wanna to give a big shout-out to Pam & Gabby for making my stay at the Mundelein Illinois location truly an awesome experience. Unfortunately my visit was due to my dads sudden death. When I arrived to Mundelein (from Portland OR) I immediately needed somwhere to stay. So I stopped in to this Comfort Inn location to see if there were any rooms available. Pam and Gabby immediately greeted me with a smile, and helped me get a room. They quickly understood my emotional state, and both treated me with compassion. I ended up getting a very nice/quiet room for my 7 day stay. When I returned to the hotel after my first day of helping my mom, I was pleasantly shocked to find a card and cookies waiting for me. The condolence card was hand written, thoughtful, and truly made me smile. Thank you Pam and Gabby for making me smile in such a dark time. 🙏 I will be soon. "

"The house was in a quiet area. It was further from chicago than expected, but everything we needed was right there. It is a mall, Walmart, and plenty of shopping plaza everywhere. The host responded quickly and I am grateful you allowed me and my family to stay in your home."

"The home was clean with considerate touches like a variety of sesonings to cook with and coffee creamers to go with the Keureg coffee maker. The neighborhood is in a very convenient location near shopping and offers safe and quiet stay.A note for elderly guests that may be looking to rent, however, the bathroom is on the second floor. The trip up and down the stairs may be difficult for some.All in all, we would rent again if our travels bring us back to the area."
