Comfortable, spacious rooms. Beautiful view of mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Felt very safe because it is gated. Walking distance to the piazza.

Clean and tidy. Good amenities. Comfortable guests. Really welcoming and helpful staff. The lady at the desk had even prepared for our stay by writing in English what she would need to say….in case we didn’t speak Italian! Good traditional Italian breakfast.

Nice comfortable place close to Cuneo
We spent 2 nights in this very nice B&B. Clean, comfortable beds and spacious accomdation. We had 2 rooms with a kitchen. It was easy to find off-site parking. Great location as it was a very short drive to Cuneo centre (about 5 mins) and quiet. Breakfast was ample and good. Everything was excellent until I checked out. I was charged 10€ per night for the kitchen and this was NEVER made known to us when we checked in. The friendly girl who showed us the rooms did not tell us of the cost of the kitchen. Neither was it stated on hotel.com.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, friendly owners. Just a pity no air-conditioning, it got quite hot as it was summer and the ceiling fan didn't help much.

Great value outside Cuneo
As always, this is a great value for money for families or couples. We had only good experiences there. This is a simple bed & breakfast. Don't expect to find the fancy gimmicks of luxury hotels. It's a family-run business, very clean and convenient, with a nice breakfast which we had barefoot on the garden lawn...not something you can do in a downtown hotel. And you're 5mn max from downtown Cuneo. You can walk or jog to Cuneo and back.

Perfect family hotel just outside Cuneo
This hotel has an excellent price/quality ratio. It is a simple, yet comfortable bed and breakfast, that is probably the ideal place for the budget-conscious family staying in the Cuneo / Borgo San Dalmazzo area. The family running it is very nice and available to share tips and addresses. Breakfast in the morning is nice and can be taken in the garden. al fresco. Rooms are simple, yet clean and spacious. It has an indoor garage which makes parking safe and effortless. Downtown Cuneo is a 5 minute car ride away, but city center hotels are much more expensive and have much smaller rooms. For us, staying here was a "no brainer" and a great deal.

Había convención del club de leones y nos negaron el hospedaje y no había disponibilidad en ningún hotel de la ciudad y tuvimos que viajar a otra ciudad para conseguir alojamiento . NOS CAUSARON MUCHAS DIFICULTADES

alti e bassi
arriviamo dopo l'orario di fine check in, ma alla reception, avendoli avvisati per tempo, si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili, organizzandoci agevolmente l'arrivo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione una camera all'ultimo piano, ben arredata, ben pulita, con un bagno veramente grande.. ma piuttosto calda, senza aria condizionata nè ventilatore. il soggiorno è durato solo una notte, e non possiamo dire di aver riposato come speravamo: la camera accanto è stata occupata dopo mezzanotte, con gran rumore fino all'una.. alle 7 è squillato il telefono della nostra stanza senza motivo e anche in seguito continui gran rumori che provenivano dalle scale, incluso del personale che preparava la colazione. Credo che questi problemi (a parte l'aria condizionata) siano relativi principalmente alle 2 camere nel sottotetto, in cui i rumori sono veicolati dalla tromba delle scale.. e non avendo una porta insonorizzata, piombano dentro camera senza pietà. Pertanto mi sembra doveroso scrivere che la struttura nel complesso è molto ben fatta, moderna e ben tenuta.

bUONGIORNO, la ringraziamo della Sua recensione ma vorremmo fare qualche appunto. Le camere non sono dotate di telefono pertanto non siamo noi che abbiamo chiamato alle h. 7 del mattino. Inoltre, tutte le nostre camere sono dotate di aria condizionata che viene accesa in mattinata molto prima dell'orario di check in per fare in modo che i clienti arrivino con la camera già rinfrescata. Per quanto riguarda il vicinato ci scusiamo per conto loro se hanno fatto rumore. Purtroppo sono coses piuttosto incontrollabili ci rimettiamo sempre alla buona educazione del cliente Cordiali saluti

Endroit charmant avec jardin magnifique. chambre spacieuse et confortable. pas de climatisation mais très bien isolée et ventilée. On ne souffre en aucun cas de la chaleur.

Pernottamento di una sola notte, nonostante avessi prenotato telefonicamente a HomeAway l'operatore ha sbagliato e si è dimenticato di un posto letto. Dopo mezza giornata passata al telefono per risolvere il caso, ho dovuto pagare la differenza all'albergatore per poi essere rimborsato da HomeAway.

non lo consiglio
Avevamo prenotato due double rooms, al momento del check-in scopriamo che una delle due camere non sarebbe stata dentro la struttura ma presso un altro edificio, a circa 300m dal B&B. Si trattava di un appartamento dentro una palazzina. Abbiamo fatto presente a chi ci ha accolti che eravamo un unico nucleo familiare e che quindi avevamo la necessità di stare vicini ma ci è stato detto che la prenotazione era stata fatta troppo tardi ( 6 gg prima dell'arrivo ) e il B&B era pieno.

Buona soluzione
Leggermente decentrato ma in circa 15-20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza centrale di Cuneo. Struttura nuova e discreta la colazione anche se non particolarmente assortita. A proposito: avevo letto una recensione che la colazione veniva servita fino alle 8.30 anche di Domenica, invece a noi , di giorno feriale, è stata proposta fino alle 9.30. Gentile e disponibile la signora della reception.

great stay, small breakfast area but good selection, wi-fi is not working well and bandwith is quite limited when it does accept you (i.e. bring your own hotspot). very nice hosts and very good service. if you arrive w/o booking they will not accept credit card.

Ottima posizione, zona silenziosa. Ottima zona per giri rilassanti a piedi o mountain-bike. Camera pulitissima e grande.Manca solo il set per preparazione tè/tisane per raggiungere la perfezione. Personale gentile. Box a disposizione anche se a pagamento.Discreta la colazione. Sicuramente struttura da tenere in considerazione per il futuro.

Un hôtel à recommander, nous avons eu la chance d'être surclasser. Nous avons eu un appartement à la place d'une chambre. Le personnel est aimable et disponible. Equipement du logement et propreté ok. Seul bémol, le parking payant .

Un week-end en famille et amis à Cunéo!
Super, l'hôtel très propre,les chambres très spacieuses avec tout le confort moderne! le petit déjeuner très copieux et surtout un accueil formidable, chaleureux et très serviable de la part des gérants! Un seul bémol, quand on vient par le train de la vallée des merveilles, l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville de Cunéo et les bus de la ville sont rares, le samedi ils s'arrêtent à 19 h 30 et ils n'y en a pas le dimanche! Mais le gérant à été fantastique et nous à emmener jusqu'au centre ville avec sa voiture le dimanche matin. Donc encore bravo pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de ce couple d'hôteliers! Une qualité et un sens du service hors pair!
