The staff I wouldn’t say the happy employees, but they are friendly and helpful when you need them. In addition, the customer profile is a bit challenging population. Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help.
