"Staff is super professional and kind! Both in the breakfast room as well as in the reception! Room was incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of Sultanahmet! The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress. "This is the finest hotel I have stayed in while visiting Istanbul. My previous favourite was the Swissôtel; however, this hotel surpasses it in several respects. It is exceptionally new, immaculately clean, and features a contemporary, high-end design throughout. The food is excellent, with an outstanding breakfast offering. The rooms are stylish, modern, and extremely comfortable. The gym is of superior quality, equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, and offers a full daily schedule of fitness classes — a level of provision I have not encountered in other Istanbul hotels. Additionally, there is a large, Disney-style children’s play zone next door, along with an adjacent shopping centre. Above all, the service is truly exceptional. I will certainly return."
