"Le jour de l’arrivée nous sommes tenus dans le suspense à savoir si tout va bien aller et que nous aurons l’appartement. Outre la réservation et une information que nous recevrions une confirmation avec code d’entrée par courriel rien de plus et rien du gérant de l’immeuble. Démarches difficiles pour rejoindre le locateur et aller à ses buteaux. Le paiement avec réservation n’aurait pas été effectué. Beaucoup de problèmes avec le logiciel de paiement…de sorte que sans le savoir cela n’a pas...

"Very modern renovation, great air conditioning, perfect 2 bedroom house, rooftop breakfast, cool restaurants few doors down, 10min walk to beach - love it all. "

"Das Haus war okay. Die Zufahrtsstrassen waren allerdings eine Katastrophe (holperig). Die Lage war allerdings ziemlich abgelegen. Fahrzeug ist also unbedingt nötig.Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden!"

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"The townhouse had all necessary equipment and was airy and spacious. David provides excellent instructions on using the accommodation. It is well located for easy access to all facilities. Even though we used the apartment in winter there was more than sufficient heaters to stay warm."

"Apartamento muy antiguo y dejado. Los baños con la escobilla marron de usada, sujeto los plomos de las luces con un celo. En la cocina, todos los vasos de su madre y de publicidad, escasez de cubertería, no dejaron un estropajo o jabon que tuvimos que comprar junto al deterjente para la ropa. No habia mas que 5 pinzas que tuvimos que comprar. La verdad no repetiríamoscomprar. "

"Belle maison propre lumineuse et avec climatisation, beaucoup de produits ménagers fournis. La literie en excellent état et confortable. Le linge de toilette propre et sentait très bon. La piscine est plus qu’agréable ainsi que les chaises longues. La mer se trouve à quelques mètres. Bref : excellent séjour, nous reviendrons"
