the property is very nice, and most people are wonderful, except during breakfast (hotel restaurant), they were several rude people , which we reported to the manager right away, We think some of those people they shouldn't be working in a place where been courteous and polite is part of their job

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and safe. The rooms where very clean.. Staff was courteous and attentive. The Host at the restaurant was exceptional I forgot her name She is tall, light skin blondish hair and very outgoing so cheerful. I would like to see her in some nice red color nails it would make her shine even more that personality that she already shines. Breakfast was very tasty as well various choices to choose from.

All great but...

Everthing was great except for one thing... the person the greeted us at the front desk. She was rude and wanted to chamge my room just because it wasnt ready...she ignored us the rest of the stay..but the room was great, close to everything downtown..

The property was dirty, the conditions of the bathrooms were bad. We couldn't use the toilet in our room because it was clogged and the shower was also backed up. I called for maintenance, they came into the room to fix, however the problem wasn't resolved. They have a venue hall upstairs and they hosted a wedding on Saturday and it was extremely Noisy, you could here the music and the vibration of the walls until 1am. Also the restaurant hours were not as specified current hours are from 7am-3pm.

I thought the problem was pretty nice I did not like that I did not have access to the beach it was roped off because of a rose in which I understand.. I would have liked more transportation going by so if I wanted to take a ride down to the center of town I could have without thinking me... And it would be nice to have remorse shops around within walking distance but understand is an upper coming area maybe in a couple of years.. Put over all the rooms clean everything was nice to people.... It was very nice to eat at the restaurant 8 there twice had a dinner by myself and Was very very good shuffle was excellent service staff was... Think the staff for me..

Affordable and Central

This hotel was probably nice in its early days. I stayed in a junior suite on the floor with the 600 room numbers. It was a bit dated. There were a few reviews about dirty carpets and floors and can confirm that is still the case. I didn’t see a vacuum on the house keepers cart so it makes sense. Bring shower slippers if you can just to be safe. Note that due to their being a venue here, they do host weddings and parties, so I could here the music loud and clear. If you’re a light sleeper, this will definitely keep you up. If you plan to leave anything charging in the room, note that outlets won’t work unless your room key is in the slot in the entry way of the room. I don’t think the hotel likes this as the cleaning lady would always pull it out, even when leaving the do it disturb sign on the door. Breakfast is included daily with the stay which was nice. If you’re just looking for a central/affordable place to sleep, you won’t have a problem. I’m just critical cause I used to clean hotel rooms.
