"My wife, 19 year old daughter, and I stayed for 4 nights during May 2026 and we absolutely love this place. The ocean views, pool bar, restaurants, short taxi ride to the airport, walking access to both Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach were all exceptional. We look forward to staying here again."

"Room is very clean. I got early check-in. It was prompt to the point fast easy just an awesome stay"

"First, upon arrival, the room where I received the toilet was dirty. They did not clean it, and hair was everywhere. I had a room change. The second room I received was at the end of the hall in front of the staff storage closet. The smell of bleach was everywhere. The room was clean, but the tub had hair on it, and the floor next to the TV had hair. The restaurant's food was not good. I ordered a drink, and you could not taste the alcohol. The second day, housekeeping came to clean the room. All she did was turn the water on in the tub and use her hand to wash the tub. After she finished with the bathroom, she turned around and made the bed. She did not wipe anything down; there was water on the table next to the sofa, and she did not do that. Housekeeping needs to do better, and for a resort, the kitchen only has one set of food that they sell. The ribs and chicken yesterday were not great; the meat smelled and tasted funny, a waste of money. WiFi was crazy could not log on, and the internet kept going down."
