"Great location, very close to tourists shuttles drop
off point. Friendly staff. The room did not have hot shower. The bed sheets were not clean and I found hair on pillows. A little effort on cleanliness could make this place an excellent hostel."

"Friendly staff, easy check in and out, nice relaxing garden area and pool, clean room, tasty breakfast.
Only downside was that you need to take a cab or tuktuk to the island of Flores. However, it’s noisier and more expensive on the island so this worked for us better. The ride was only about 7 to 8 minutes away."
"All staff members were friendly, attentive and accommodating. There’s free transportation to Flores available by boat before 8 pm, and for a small fee boat will transport you to surrounding areas after hours. I scheduled the boat at 2:30 am to make it to Flores for my tour to Tikal and for 3 consecutive nights to pick me up after dinner.
They also have a complimentary use of 2 kayaks. I used a kayak to visit a museum in Isleta Santa Barbara, and just for fun around the island. Food is also available and affordable on site.
I highly recommend Las Luciérnagas, you’ll enjoy your stay!
