I stayed at Hotel Italia in Cuenca for one week while waiting for my apartment to be ready, and unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I've had during my travels. The hotel advertises soundproof windows, but that was not my experience at all. The traffic noise from outside was constant and extremely loud, making it very difficult to rest. On top of that, the floors seemed almost as soft as the bed, which only added to the discomfort. Between the noise and the bed being so hard i started waking up with back pain, getting a good night's sleep was nearly impossible. I was fortunate that my apartment became available a day earlier than expected, and I was genuinely relieved to check out early. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and restful stay.

Very helpful and warm staff. I was treated with dignity and made to feel like a welcome guest. My room was neat, clean, and free of stains, though somewhat cold and dusty. It had fresh linens and toiletries, and the medium-sized refrigerator was a nice bonus. I adjusted to the temperature after the first day, and the extra comforter kept me comfortable at night. The shower had excellent water pressure and got very hot. I appreciated the comfortable office chair and area rug beneath the desk, which made working much more pleasant. Room service was available most of the day, arrived quickly, and was delicious and very affordable. I am sensitive to noise, so I was impressed by how quiet the hotel was. Guests were not shouting or repeatedly slamming doors, and despite the uncarpeted hallways, the hotel remained surprisingly peaceful. My main complaint was the curtains. This was my fourth accommodation and second hotel in Ecuador, and I've noticed a similar issue elsewhere. The curtains were installed more than half a foot away from the window and were zebra blinds that blocked little light. Exterior lights also shone directly into the room at night, making the curtains almost ineffective. The area has plenty of essentials, including two barbers, ATMs, convenience stores, and pharmacies. The tram station is directly across the street, and the airport is about a five-minute drive away. Overall, this is a quaint, cozy hotel at a reasonable price. Thanks so much!

スタッフの対応はとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよかった。

チェックイン当日時間前の朝８時に着いて荷物のみをフロントに預けようと思って尋ねたとろろ部屋の用意が出来ているので追加料金無しで部屋に入れてくれた。チェックアウトも１２時が決まりでしたがバスの都合で午後７時頃迄部屋にいれるか尋ねたとろろ追加料金無しでOKとのことでした。フロントの男性も女性も常に笑顔で接してくれて気持ち良かったです。朝食も美味しいく品数も沢山というわけではありませんが十分な量と味でした。部屋のバスタブは私の使い方がわからなかったかもしれませんが下側の水栓からお湯が出なくてシャワーから湯槽にお湯を張りました。部屋は清潔に保たれて良かったですが、スリッパが無かったので次回はスリッパを持参する予定です。クエンカの街はキレイでゴミも少なく世界遺産に登録されているように中世のスペイン風の建物が残っている街でした。

El hotel es viejo, y al estar cerca del terminal terrestre lo hace ruidoso. Las ventanas no cierran bien y entra frío. No me gustó en general. Relación precio y comodidad le daría 2,5 estrellas. Espero mejoren sus instalaciones.

Very close to airport.Nice free morning breakfast till 10am.Extremely helpfull and corteous staff.Good hotel restaurant.Hotel centraly located,close to the historic district.Safety deposit box available at front desk. I didn't like the fact the room had very little comfort to sit down to relax or watch tv,other than laying in bed.Property always clean.
