Relaxation and luxury all in one place! This modern apartment in Cudmirrah is opposite Swan Lake and near Cudmirrah Beach. It’s light filled open plan living coupled with cosy bedrooms ensures guests feel at home and enjoy their holiday!
Upon entering the upstairs kitchen and living area guests are greeted with light pouring in from the large balcony, gorgeous high ceilings, spacious and modern kitchen and ample space to relax and enjoy time spent with family or friends. The kitchen feature stainless steel appliances with dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioner for your comfort and the large sliding doors open to the balcony which has a motorized awning to enjoy all year round while taking in the sunset over the lake.
There are two generous sized bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. Each with their own unique view; one with a balcony and the other opening to the private rear landscaped courtyard, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors.
There are two mountain bikes and two kayaks for guests to enjoy. Byo helmets and life vests.
This special home allows guests to wander on the nearby beaches, enjoy lakeside living, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony or just get your coffee fix at the cafe!
If the weather isn’t great or you want to catch up on Netflix, there is wifi and smart tv!

Conveniently located close to Swan Lake and almost on top of the cafe! Everything that you need with thoughtful touches throughout. To top it off a very comfortable bed!
Lovely apartment - bright and airy - with everything we needed with good bikes and kayaks available as well. Location is great just opposite Swan Lake and cafe next door is very handy. Beach is about 10 min walk. A very relaxing few days.
The place was clean and organized, has everything we needed and more. Things not happy about that I have been told I need to bring my own linens and towels two days before check-in, I wish I had known when I make the booking

We love staying in and around Cudmirrah and Berrara and have been coming to the area for years. This townhouse was perfect for us and our older teenage kids and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather but there was a whole library of DVDs and games to keep us entertained. The location is great and so handy being right next to the Cuddy Cafe. The Sussex Inlet RSL bus will also pick up/drop off if you fancy a meal at the club. Cudmirrah beach is nearby and Berrara beach and lagoon a 2 minute drive up the road. Sharon was very helpful and always answered our queries quickly. Highly recommend a stay here!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - gorgeous quiet location by the lake and only 5 mins drive from the beach. Little cafe a few metres away for coffee in the mornings. Nice cute and clean apartment with full kitchen facilities where we enjoyed cooking up a storm. Shower screen had been broken by the previous guest which we were advised of prior to arrival, however provision of a bathmat would have been helpful to avoid slipping on wet tiles. Consider the stairs if you have a toddler, plus lots of nice ornaments around for decoration, which we just moved out of reach then returned when checking out so as to avoid breaking. Don't forget to bring linen and towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
This is an absolutely top notch place to stay, great property right near the water and local shop, ease of access with full drive in garage, is new and modern, clean, lots of natural light with afternoon breezes off the water. Great for families with young kids like us, they loved it. Sharon was easy to deal with and comparatively with other properties this is more than worth the price you will pay.
