Beautiful room. We got a corner suite and it was clean, the staff were helpful and proactive. Whenever we had a question, someone was there to offer help or provide an answer. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. It’s located in a great area, walkable to so many of the landmarks we wanted to see and experience. Anything further away, you’re also close to public transit. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a nice selection of gluten-free options, which we appreciated. We paid for breakfast for 3 days but only used it twice because, unfortunately, the service was inconsistent both mornings. There were issues such as incorrect orders, forgotten tea, and difficulty finding the server. Nothing major, but it happened on both visits and impacted the experience. We stayed on the first floor, and the room was spacious, visually appealing, and very quiet with no outside noise. However, housekeeping items like a vacuum left in the hallway one day and an iron the next made the common areas feel less polished. Overall, this could be a great hotel with a few updates and improvements, especially in the dining service.
